Leg lifts strengthen the ligaments and muscles around the ankle and knees. Don't get me wrong I know injuries happen to the best conditioned players but the Rams have an injury issue with their big men. And the coaching staff needs to do something about it. If it was just this season I wouldn't be making this take.
So we can just agree to disagree.
Ludicrous.
Look around the league. Every team has injuries on their o-line

He could also just look at the 2023 Rams' O-Line which had 5 missed starts due to injury ... that's 5-out-of-85.

The Rams' five starting O-Linemen started 77 of a possible 85 games; and, Kevin Dotson's three non-starts were not due to injuries.

Three seasons in a row. I would looks for answers.
My friend, it's NOT three seasons in a row.

Last year, the Rams had excellent health on the O-Line, with a mere five starts missed due to injury.

You can look it up.

Of course you can have your opinion but ignoring simple facts doesn't help your argument. It weakens it.

Jackson's high snap just cost us 13 yards, when we were driving nicely.

THAT is why you don't F with your starting Olineman that is playing well.

Why when Limmer is better than Jackson?
And everybody is better than no boom.
I think they should cut him tomorrow just to make a statement to the rest of the team.
You can't be a deadbeat on the 53-man roster and suck that bad,
We've made that half ass a millionaire.
And for what?

I will add though that continuity is EXTREMELY important.
This line has improved steadily and should continue to do that.
Usually, pass protection is the last thing to come together in a line and it has been doing that the last few weeks with very few sacks or pressures.
I would honestly ask Stafford what he thinks and how comfortable he feels.
I love the extra benefit, no matter which direction they go, that our "2nd stringers" Limmer, Dedich and McClendon are getting excellent experience and are continuously being coached up from game tape. I'm going to give our second stringers an A++ for stepping into the fire and performing EXTREMELY well. Not to mention the great job our oline coaches I've done to coach these guys up and the scouts to find these guys in the later rounds and as cfa's
Do you hear me now? :)
