.......... and others call it Taco Smell. Most people I know call it Taco Hell.
And the only time you go to Del Taco is at 2 AM when you are falling down drunk.
Edit - I always had a designated driver.

Even though I call it Taco Hell, I will still go there lol.Taco Bell gets a bad rap. Most Mexican food makes you shit, not just Taco Bell. Sour cream, cheese, beans, and hot sauce will do that to you.
That’s O’Fallon Missouri beer.Looks like some shit a Canadian would drink.
From Washington County to theAin't doing any beans, but seeing as how we are at the Washington coast - and it is a rarity that I see food we had growing up in Rhode Island... Going with some "clam fritters" to snack on...

The Schlafly pumpkin stout is one of the best beers I’ve ever had. Hope they still make itThat’s O’Fallon Missouri beer.
I really think it's going to be an oddly good meal.I just tenderized my pork loin chops and they are in a dredge for the night!
Mmmmmm…love some beaver tail!I really think it's going to be an oddly good meal.
But just odd with the shape/size compared to bun....but I bet that was kind of the appeal that made it the talk of the town and a dish related to the region.
I saw some one say it's the "beaver tail" sandwich....and that's quite literally the shape my pork tenderized to
They do. I was buying that before I bought this. The Schlafly pumpkin stout is one of the best beers I’ve ever had. Hope they still make it
My wife makes really good dry rubs and sauces. I haven't bought any in years.I think I'm going with the rib eye 'Victory ' steak, with Stu's steak rub of course, and some garlic mashed potatoes.
Maybe something green in the side dish mix as well.
I like to sear in the juices, too.

That sounds KILLER!I am going to make arroz con vegetales. I make my rice with enchilada, and homemade pineapple habanero hot sauce. Sautéed vegetables with my wife's guajillo sauce on top with melted cheese.
There's a Mexican place in Merced called El Asadero. They're probably the best in town for take out. They were the first to come up with the nacho fries idea. Others have copied but not as good as El Asadero's. You can make it home. Just fry up some crinckle cut fries. Or use an air fryer. Get a big can of nacho cheese. Cook up whatever topping you like. Carne asada, ground beef, chile verde, etc. A scoop of sour cream and guacamole. Makes for a great game time meal if you got company. That sounds amazing. Where do you get THAT?
