I meant registered when I said legal. I just edited my post. This could be true but if it was registered there is no reason to incarcerate him. It’s likely that the gun was not registered, which means he wanted to cut corners and was comfortable doing it illegally. Or that he knew that he would not pass the background check.
I'm torn on this. Wasn't happy with his play, but he was solid and the tallest DB we had on active roster.
How do you all evaluate height to DB skill level?
Akhello Witherspoon is the tallest corner we have on our roster (he's 6'3", Kendrick is 6'0").
I want to see what anyone can do over Kendrick. I'm no longer a fan, and never will be. He screwed up in college and this was his second chance. I'm done with him. Cut his ass, move THT into the starting lineup.
You're witnessing the ROD exception I don't like that he even got arrested for this especially since he had a similar incident in college. But yes everybody accused and accuser deserves their day in court. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?
Dude. You really think this doesn't lead to shit we don't allow here?.
Americans and their guns. It's a sickness.
.
What happened to innocent until proven guilty?
"Is that a concealed hand gun?"
"Yes."
"Do you have a concealed carry permit?"
"No."
"Guilty."
Gun laws in CA and a lot of states are pretty strict. If he had it in his glove box and loaded, it's a felony as a loaded concealed weapon. If he had it in his glove box unloaded and the bullets in the trunk, it would still be a concealed weapon but likely a misdemeanor. If it was on his dash in plain sight, it's not considered concealed. If it's a gun not allowed on their list, it's likely a felony possession. Can someone explain the felony gun law that was broken? Is it because he didn’t have a permit or something?
Not that simple."Is that a concealed hand gun?"

"Do you have a concealed carry permit?"
"No."
"Guilty."
