Stay put at #37, for Gawd's sake.

A terrific player will obviously be there for us. Do NOT make the mistake of falling in love with a particular player.

Probably gonna be a D player because Lamp will be gone. So what?

We can and will take our WR, TE, and C in some unknown order in rounds 3-5.

We need to squeeze every drop of value out of this deep draft. That can only happen by letting the draft come to us. Or maybe even a modest trade down out of #37?

I am SO proud of S&M for not trading up.

I have a feeling Curtis Samuel out of Ohio State is going to be this years version of Desean Jackson. A lot of teams passing on him.

Very good chance one of these four will be there when we are on the clock. My top 4 are:
Forrest Lamp OL- Best OL'er in the draft
Dalvin Cook RB- Best offensive player on the board. Not a need but would sure bring explosions.
Gerald Everett TE- 2nd best offensive player on the board. Not a need but we have a nice place for him
Malik McDowell DE- Great insurance for Dom Easley departure & if the Donald contract goes south.

We don't need a RB... Aside from Lamp, we can afford to hold off on Defensive players... given that we have Wade Phillips. A Godwin or JuJu would at 37 would be the ideal pick.

If Lamp goes and we trade back... and then JuJu, Zay, and Godwin come off the board... we would be in a much worse position.

Relax, some obvious prospects gone. Yet a lot of underground prospects left. Stay tuned.

For a sure fire starter like Zachary Martin we were going to move up for years ago I would! Imagine Gurley and Goff with that line solidified? Well g Robb is still there...

I think that's the difference in our views Corbin, that I don't see him as a sure fire Zach Martin when I watch his games. I do like the guy, just don't see him as the only or must-have option there.

If he's gone and I felt the need to fix Center at that draft spot, I would take Feeney. And then I'd still have my other picks in a very deep draft.

Dude I'm thinking a lot of the same. No way in freak he gets past the hawks. We have to give them a 4 th round as per the trade value chart because it's 50 points difference. Let's do it!

I'm in and have been for awhile. First round talent and makes everyone on offense better. Gives options but starts at OG. Snead needs to feel it out. May not have to trade. I trust him to know.

We have a lot to choose from at WR-OT-OG-Center I'll leave it to Snead and McVay!

So for posterity what I'd do tomorrow at 37 given the way this board looks is take the following, in order:

1. WR Godwin
2. WR Jones
3. WR Kupp

I've settled on the opinion we gotta get a wideout and it ain't gonna happen if we don't do it at 37. Obviously I would address Center later in this draft and probably corner in round 3.

What I think the Rams will do:

1. OG Lamp
2. OG Feeney
3. CB Lewis

I just have a feeling the line is their priority and there's two guys who can help us. Also I think Lewis is a ridiculously good fit for Wade, so even though everyone sees him sliding I think round 2 is his real estate and the Rams have their eye on him.

No? Seriously? I see the dude as the anchor of the o line and Goffs comfort protection and snapper and grow their careers together. We all seen how Mack help transform the Falcons line. Not only that but it keeps the Kawks away from him. Like A 95% they traded back expecting to take him. How do you ruin a rivals draft? Take their player and improve your roster at the same time.

i agree but no way in hell Lamp gets past the Seagulls.

Thanks for the breakdown! I like the OG picks.
