I would try to trade back and get an extra 4th, then maybe trade back up later with that extra 4th and a 5th to get an extra 3rd.

Just try to get as many picks in the 40- 80 range

So for posterity what I'd do tomorrow at 37 given the way this board looks is take the following, in order:

1. WR Godwin
2. WR Jones
3. WR Kupp

I've settled on the opinion we gotta get a wideout and it ain't gonna happen if we don't do it at 37. Obviously I would address Center later in this draft and probably corner in round 3.

What I think the Rams will do:

1. OG Lamp
2. OG Feeney
3. CB Lewis

I just have a feeling the line is their priority and there's two guys who can help us. Also I think Lewis is a ridiculously good fit for Wade, so even though everyone sees him sliding I think round 2 is his real estate and the Rams have their eye on him.
Lewis is a stupidly good fit for Wade but he'll be in the 3rd to 4th round range especially with that domestic charge on him. He'll drop some im thinking.

Is be good with Ferber or Lamp.

I'm gambling that either Kupp, Jones, smith-schuster, or Godwin will be there at our pick. I'm thinking the 2nd there will be a huge run at CB and WR.

Ps think We take that OT from Alabama?

Well if the first round was any indicator all my picks will be way wrong. :p
Not necessarily. The WR's drafted are elite type guys. Once those are gone I would think value would prevail and those other guys would be there when we draft. There's just not much fall off from them and a UDFA. I just don't see them as starters.

<--- doesn't like Godwin anytime soon

He is worth the attention. Good size at 6-1, 210 lbs. Had great production at Penn State. Improved steadily throughout college. Showed excellent hands, concentration, blocking, and route running. Makes contested catches and runs a 4.42 40 yard dash so the separation potential is there.

He is a complete receiver. He could finally be our #1 guy given time to develop.

Where did you find that smiley now? It's cool regardless. lolol

Yes that's him. I thought he would of been drafted in the first round.

There are a lot of good players. Engram is gone and I think if he lasted the Rams would have been all over him. I think if they trade back they could go WR, depending on how far. They met with Feeney. There is a good chance he is the guy. I don't think OG is a big need, but future OG/OT is. Lamp would be sweet but I think Robinson and Lamp go before the Rams pick.

More urgent need is Corner/WR. It could be tough to pass on Josh Jones but again it is not an urgent need. BPA at a position of need is the way they usually do it. They have list of guys that are all in same rating range and take the biggest need among them. So to me Corner, Center, Pass Rusher, WR all fit. Maybe they go with a guy like Willis.

I think with a new coaching staff and so many needs it is really tough to put a finger on this pick. SMH

I would have to think he goes off the board before Lamp and Feeney. Edge guys are priority for the most part and you have Seattle and Green Bay in front of us. Seattle needs a guy like him badly and Green Bay lost Lang so could go with any of the three OL.

Also, OL has a lot of dropoff compared to other positions, so I have to think there might be teams wanting to move up for them.

Both those picks are prime trading spots. But you are right. Green Bay could use a guard and Seattle could use four Olinemen. Green Bay has their OLT and he is playing well in Bahktari, so I don't think they need Robinson. But Lamp and Feeney may be tempting. There are a few corners they could be looking at or Josh Jones seems like a Green Bay pick. Thing is with Green Bay and the Oline is that they usually are successful finding good Olinemen in the mid rounds, like teams are supposed to be able to do. Maybe they would rather trade back for more picks.

She-attle is one of the few teams that don't need a corner or safety right now. But their Oline is an urgent upgrade. They seem okay at just about every other spot. I guess they could use a guy like Mixon or Cook.

Nothing wrong with getting sidetracked.. I digress, getting off topic here. be cool.

They also need a RB and there is 3 good ones left still.

Man this is going to be interesting tomorrow. I hope we can trade get a third and pick up an impact player still!
