I think I am rooting for GB to loose if the Rams win. If we can't beat them one out of 3 then fuck us. If we are home against SF I just don't believe they can beat us again at home.

Or maybe we will eliminate Tampa Bay.

Brady hates defensive pressure. He hasn't forgotten being taken out of the playoffs by Von Miller, and I'm sure he hasn't forgotten AD.

Seems like their o line is beat Why
Why not??? In my mind the only reason Tampa is favored is because they're at home and they have Brady.

How this game is not even odds...ar a minimum is rather puzzling. I really think the Rams should be favored.

That was fun to watch. At no time after they took a7-0 lead , did I think the Cards had a chance.
Totally dominated
Now send Cry Brady into retirement

GB on the road at Lambeau or SF at "home" will both be extremely tough games. I agree we have a great shot to beat TB, but man the NFCC game will be tough. Not sure who I would rather play in that game assuming we beat TB. SF fans will likely be 50/50 at least at SoFi and that might be a conservative estimate.
Yeah it's the last four teams so in any season it's going to be a tough matchup. Honestly I feel like this team is better than our 2018 team in terms of their upside when things are clicking. I think our OL run blocks better than that unit did. And I think this year's Packers team is better than the Saints of 2018.

But I'm not worried about either of them tbh. I think if this team shows up they can play with Green Bay. And if SF beats us to that, I think going to SoFi and beating the Rams a third time this season is really tough for SF to pull off. McVay does adjust. He lost to Arizona, then got the best of Arizona, then beat the crap out of Arizona in terms of growing his team this year. Same with the 9ers games. First one we got manhandled, second one was overtime.

IF the Rams stay balanced on offense. And IF the defense keeps the high end play they have shown on the defensive front... I think we can do this.

Screw that. If everyone who bought a ticket for the Cards game does it again there shouldn't be any room left for that much red!

The problem is the original ticket owners are scalpers. Since there aren’t many AZ fans prices stayed low and rams fans bought them up. Once demand gets high it’s usually the away team willing to pay those prices.

As of now we know the only possible nfc championship matchup we can host is us hosting Niners so Niners fans can already start buying tickets just in case with zero risk since they get a refund if we/they lose this weekend.

Hope you're right man. When you're offense has to use the silent count at home its not good. I think on paper many would say playing on the road at Lambeau vs the #1 seed is still the tougher matchup. But given our recent 3 year stretch against SF and the week 18 collapse I really don't know which matchup I'd prefer. And yes I'm counting on us beating TB because we're fucking going to.

Local radio were all over Akers for this and the taunting non-call.

i didn't like his taunting either when they showed it on replay.

you can't do that shit. if he does that against the golden boy's team next week there will be multiple flags thrown. it's bad enough that they will all be itching to throw flags as it is in their pursuit to win the chosen one another championship. don't make it easy for them to wreck the game for the rams.

I disagree. Cam's a fiery competitor. He's cocky. He talks shit to the defense, talks up the offense. He knows he's a badass. Ain't nobody gonna push that dude around.

You can't have enough guys like that. That dude is one mentally and physically tough MFer and I love that about him.

Man it's nice to have Akers back. I forgot what he could do until I watched highlights a few days ago. It was great to watch it in a live game again.

And I think it would probably be good to have Morris stick around for another year. Once he figured out the defense and the players he did much better. It would be nice to have continuity and see what he can do next year.

I'm still amazed Cam can be back 6 or 7 months later after an achilles injury like that. I'm even more amazed how he looked with a significant amount of snaps. He looked every bit like the pre injury Cam Akers. As long as he stays healthy we have a top notch back to go with a high caliber quarterback and all pro weapon at receiver.

A telling moment in that game was the master scrambler Kyler Murray going down untouched with AD and GG bearing down on him.

Murray looked completely spooked at that point.
Reminded me of the Everett phantom sack.

the play of the game might have been scott knocking that ball out and making it incomplete....

next play was the pick 6
Agreed, not sure why the refs decided that was completed. Challenges were huge but really unnecessary to my eye.
