Jourdan talks Atwell with a lot of Davante at 1:11
He’s obviously been reading ROD.McVay admits he’s at fault for not properly utilizing TuTu.
You're reading my mind, dieter, my thoughts EXACTLY.I look at all the positive posts and stats regarding Tutu, and cant help but think that if he was signed off another team's roster, I would be really psyched to see what McVay could do with a guy like that.
But then I remember that he's been a Ram for 4 seasons now and cant imagine how all of these skills have been missed, and like some epiphany came over McVay that he now knows how to use him
Alas, unconditional faith in McVay/Snead has rewarded me quite a bit these last 8 years, no reason to doubt it now
Not a chance. Last year was the only year he qualified and showed up in the top 100 in the league in catch rate. And he was 2nd on the team behind Puka every other year Atwell has been on the team Kupp led the team by a big margin.Since he was drafted Tutu has proven to have the best hands in the Ram’s WR room.
I'd say Tutu's hands are average or slight above average. Puka has the best hands currently. To be honest I don't feel like this has always been the strongest area for our receivers. Kupp was great at plucking the ball out of the air - but I remember him dropping a fair number of easy balls over his career. Not a chance.
