I have serious blood clot issues. I currently have 19-20 clots that I know of in my body. Two .5" from my heart and one in each jugular.

I know all the medications that are currently on the market. None of them will trigger a violation of the wellness policy. The real concern is if he has Leiden Factor 5 (what I have), it's the most aggressive form of blood clotting. If he has this, Alaric and the Rams are in trouble. His body will continue to clot even on an anticoagulant. I have been on them for 10 years and continue to clot. Diet and exercise help but continued trauma to his body will always put him in serious danger.

Sorry I am coming across as a know it all on this topic. I lost my career, house, vehicle and retirement from developing blood clots in my early 40s. I have met with two of the top doctors in the nation regarding clotting factors. I had to learn about survival on the go with them.

This is why Chris Bosh (NBA) had to retire. Alaric should not be flying across the country and definitely not over seas for a football game.

If he plays this year don't be surprised if he's a scratch from the London trip.
Wishing for the best for you. Thought though if travel is an issue he won't be at camp next week in Maui.

Best wishes and prayers for our Ram brother @Neil039 as to Alaric Jackson. I was wondering about this issue before the signing. Thought he was passed it, but as @Neil039 communicated it I guess he could have been fine and then they resurfaced.

I don't care about the football side, I hope Jackson is fine medically, whether he plays or not. Hopefully D.J. Humphries can fill in and stay healthy too. If Jackson comes back, then great, but he needs to focus on his health and the Rams are providing a former pro bowl LT an opportunity.

I just hope A-Jax is okay health-wise. I don't care football-wise; a person's health means more than a game.
