LOL at 3rd for Burks. Burks is pretty close to becoming a street free agent. No percent chance he nets a 3rd.With both Alaric Jackson and Nooteboom out or FA do the Rams draft a T or resign Havenstien and let Mcclendon develop more or go straight to what all the fans want and go after a WR. Along the likes of Elic Ayomanor out of Stanford or Trade that 3rd rounder for someone like Treylon Burks who has never had a decent QB. I hope we resign Tutu just for the simple fact he knows the offense so well and would be a better fit IMO than an again DR.

I'm liking him a lot to and combined with Speights we could have a hell of a combo there.I like Chris Paul more than Mond. He seems to be much better is pass coverage
Yeah there's some backers this year and Paul is one of them. I love his quickness, he moves like a DB. And when he hits runners they tend to stop which is another big trait for me with offball types. He looks like one of the guys the Shitters take in round 3 who end up being studs.I'm liking him a lot to and combined with Speights we could have a hell of a combo there.
"Chris Paul Jr. is a linebacker from Ole Miss who is considered a top prospect for the 2025 NFL Draft. He is known for his athleticism, quickness, and ability to cover ground.
Strengths
- Athleticism: Paul is a fluid mover with great range and change of direction
- Tackling: Paul is a reliable tackler who is not afraid to engage with bigger players
- Coverage: Paul is comfortable dropping into coverage and can play man coverage on tight ends and running backs
- Blitzing: Paul has the potential to be a blitzing linebacker who can use his speed to find open rushing lanes
Other notes
- Paul is a productive player who has flashed every down ability
- Paul is an experienced player who actively communicates pre and post snap
- Paul is a sound open field tackler
- Paul is a dynamic athlete who excels in space
Draft projection
- Paul is projected to be drafted in the 4th round and have an overall rank of 97th"
Don’t even say that damn it! LolYeah there's some backers this year and Paul is one of them. I love his quickness, he moves like a DB. What you think of Jay Higgins from Iowa? Have you had a chance to look at him? Guy has an amazing knack for where the ball is, for an LB first step is very important and he generally doesn’t mis step. Good in coversge.Yeah there's some backers this year and Paul is one of them. More thumper less of a fluid mover compared to Paul. The fact he calls it for the defense is nice. May end up being more an early down type. What you think of Jay Higgins from Iowa? Like the measurables on Powell a lot.More thumper less of a fluid mover compared to Paul. The fact he calls it for the defense is nice. May end up being more an early down type.
One interesting thing with the Rams is do they look for a Jones type (which Higgins has some similarities to) with Shula running the show. Personally I think more speed and lateral movement is the way to go with teams like SF who work the underneath so heavily. So a guy like Paul is a better fit I think, and it's why Speights felt right in the defense though Paul is a much more fluid mover.
Totally agree.. problem is Paul is likely to go alot soon we than Higgins and we have a huge draft pick hole there. Why I’m thinking Higgins has alot better chance being a Ram.More thumper less of a fluid mover compared to Paul. The fact he calls it for the defense is nice. May end up being more an early down type.
