I’ve been re-watching all of the games. I noticed that Tutu really rounds his routes off sometimes.IMO McVay IS going to grab a WR burner in this draft to help in that 11 personnel, something Tutu hasn't been able to do. There is a lot that fits that mold.
Does he do it to maintain speed? Or can’t he decelerate cut, and accelerate quickly enough to get back to top speed? If so, then that negates some of his speed and is likely why he wasn’t a regularly featured part of the offense. I see him as more of a Chris Givens. McVay had DeSean Jackson to play that role and didn’t use him.
So, would they really draft a deep threat receiver? I think if they do then they should be looking at Higgins. He has height and is an easier target. Plus Steve Smith seems to love him.
