We are prob going to be flexed in a few. I dont understand why our Eagles or Ravens games are 1pm. Unless they expect/know a blowout is coming.
Could also be those national games and the only one in that time slot.

It would be quite funny if we beat them in week 17 and simultaneously secure ourselves the number one pick.
couldn't figure out why everyone is hoping for ATL to suck this year... but thanks to this I remembered

Figured this was the case since we've done it before.

We don't see the cards till December when we're usually playing our best football and the cards are playing their worst.

So we haven't had a Thanksgiving Day game since 1975. WTF?
50 years is ridiculous when there's 32 teams. We are way overdue for one.

I'm not American, is a Thanksgiving day game covetable?
Is there a day teams don't want to play?

Absolutely. It's a nationally televised game that you play in front of all the other teams and players. Plus you have the entire day off to get ready for it. And you get to party with your entire family when you beat the hell out of whoever you're playing. :)

A Thursday game after a Monday game would suck but the schedulers make sure that doesn't happen.
Even a Thursday game after a overseas game would be rough as hell. Other than that the Los Angeles Rams will take on anybody anywhere.
It doesn't even have to be football.
Knives out! :)

It is strange how it works out. Jacksonville has never played Thanksgiving day.
The Rams 1975 and the Browns 1989 are the only other teams to not play on Turkey day this century
Surprisingly enough, Kansas City is next on the list with last appearance in 2006 (tied with Tampa Bay) when they added the 3rd game

Yes. It’s tradition to watch football on Thanksgiving. If I had to guess, it may be the most popular day for watching football in the US next to maybe the SB.

That's a nice way to put it. :)

As a Rams fan I would say that it sucks the way it works out.
And it's not working very well.
It's getting to the point of ridiculous when you're talking the only team that has had to wait over 50 years for a Thanksgiving Day game.
It's overdue for the McSnead team and Kroenke to raise some hell. It seems like they've given us more overseas games than anybody. We have definitely paid our dues.

Eh, im sure the players and team staff would rather spend thanksgiving with their families.

Im good with it, I can wait till Sunday.
