I'm inclined to give you the Benefit-of-a-Doubt; and, always welcome new members. Welcome!

However, some of your "Opinions" ... which you are entitled to ... are REALLY out-of-left-field.
And, some things you state as facts, are simply NOT True.

Few Examples ...
Hoping McVay moves into the Front Office so Shula can become the Head Coach ... Yikes!
Saying 'McVay threatened to retire to get more money' ... No, he didn't
Thinking Mahomes has an Opt-Out clause and is a 'Cali Dude' ... No, he doesn't ... and ... Based on What?
Saying that the Rams couldn't stop George Kittle because they had 'CBs assigned to him most of the day' ... when a tape review shows there was not a single cornerback in coverage on Kittle for ANY of his 9 catches.

Again, you can post this stuff if you want ... But ... you are going to get some strong push-back.

Finally, a piece of advice to a new ROD member ... Stay away from the poster @Loyal ... he is an Agitator.

Well that's what I reviewed on rewatching the Rams regarding Forbes.... I'm warming up to him.

And Loyal (user) doesn't bother me at all.... I think what happens is you have 6 or 7 active members that post a bit and have the same general outlook and stick together and read when someone has a different outlook he or she may get cast off as some kind of loofe.

I get it, I was the same way with McVay after what he did with Goff and even after he publicly apologized. I would wrongfully magnify some of his coaching mishaps and blow it up as a constitutional crisis.... But I have reeled that in a bit, and starting to look for the good and eventually let go of the bad after a few days.

That is funny, the guy who presumes to judge Sean McVay and criticize him the way you do calls others arrogant. Simply amazing.
I question his play calling..... I'll admit I did question his character and held a grudge but he publicly apologized and I downgraded for a few years to wrongfully magnify some of his coaching..... But many here still do.

I've been on McVays side all season, with exception of the 3rd and 4th quarter of last Sundays game.... But Shula saved it for us.

Yep. Coaching is a group lift. And the quality of your head coach can affect the quality of the coordinators and staff too, so it's a dynamic that gets graded as a whole on the field in terms of how well your players can apply the strategy.

I think what sets McVay apart is his feel for team culture. There is accountability in that locker room and you can't really put a price tag on that with today's athletes. Lot of these guys are not gonna be wired to take the coaching or correction on film day when they don't like the message. Or they won't be fully bought in. But with McVay's staff it's all-in every year.

And that same rule applies with the HC and GM dynamic. You have to be on the same page, your scouting working to get the coaches what they want, and then choosing the right guys to plug in. Rams do all those things and are always focusing on improvement. So there's lots of cred to go around to everyone. But at the center of it all is McVay. Before McVay came onboard the last time previously the Rams had a consistently good eye for talent was under Vermiel. Fisher and Snead did some good things, but they whiffed a lot too. McVay it went to that next level, where the roster has been consistently of a playoff quality. I think what we have built under him (and Les) is better than anything that has gone before it, in the history of this franchise.

The day McVay hangs 'em up I'm gonna be in mourning. Because I know what it means. I remember how fucking hard it is to win in this league.
Yes to all this.

I've been saying for a while now.. the Rams have turned into a true program.. an organization that knows what it's doing and why. McVay and Snead are the heart of it and they both seem to be having a blast.

McVay coaches will get poached... but talented coaches will ALWAYS want to come work under McVay. There will be ups and downs and not every hire is gonna be great.. but he hasn't missed yet on the DC position and I don't know why anyone would think he's going to mess up the next hire.

I don't know what that means because none of my examples refer to Emmanuel Forbes.

Blue Font denotes Sarcasm and Humor.
@Loyal is one of my favorite posters and people on ROD ... Don't tell him I said that ... He has a Huge Ego.

I don't know what a "loofe" is, or what the word means ... But, I kind of like it and will use it in the future.

I keep forgetting about the blue font thing... lol..

Back to the defense... and I apologize if anyone else already observed this but... I never thought I'd say this but I am getting tired of the media fawning over our defense. Statistically, yes, they are solid. But it feels to me that they just can't stand prosperity. Whenever the offense gets a good lead, it seems like they let up. And the opponent crawls back into the game. Sound familiar?

I'd feel better if I saw a few games where they were solid all 4 quarters.

Teams win and the National Media is excessive in its praise.

Teams lose and the same National Media is extreme with its criticism.

The National Media simply does NOT follow any team as closely as a team's die-hard-fans.

And it would be great to dominate every week but that is very rare.
The 2025 Rams are Really Good; and, provided they are healthy, should compete for a Super Bowl.
Exactly the same for the Eagles, Seahawks, Lions, Packers and possibly, the Bucs and evil-Niners.
There's not much separation there.
That's Seven Teams, and Only One can make it to the Super Bowl out of the NFC.
