Well, the Character/leadership test was developed after they were both gone. I don’t recall them bringing in anyone similar since. So, maybe he raised the bar. Plus, being passionate about football and getting in public arguments is not the same thing.Just curious why you feel that being outspoken on social media would be counted against him in not fitting our culture? We've had our share of divas - OBJ, Peters - that McVay said he loved because they were passionate about football.
It doesn't appear that being loud is counted negatively against a player.
