I guess they have to do this but damn even if the officer did his job perfectly, the officer will be placed on leave so that a review can take place.

Imagine being a cop and dealing with an entitled dickhead who rolls his window up in your face. I'm tired of watching cops get disrespected and then everyone second guessing how they handle shit. It's BS.

Can't tell how fast he is going? Lol he's going significantly faster than the cars that passed before his and the number of cars the cop has to pass in order to get to him are far greater than the number that were behind him when the officer pulled out. Not to mention the distance the officer had to go to get to him.
