After this atrocious performance by Williams - our supposed best corner - do you still think we're so above trying someone new?
OK I'll say this for the last time on this subject. Yes we need CB help. No Forbes has not been good at all since entering the NFL. Congratulations on being the one person who thinks he's still good. He's a guy that weighs 160 lbs soaking wet and can't cover anybody. All you want to do is swap out one bad CB for another. Sorry don't need to do that.

.

I wasn't really paying any attention to the replays. I thought he got a concussion when his head hit his lineman's shoulder and he had a whiplash action.

49ers just put McCaffrey AND Mason on IR. We better not lose to them next week.

That sucks for sure.
I gotta admit though, while watching the game I thought hill deserves a ton of respect for having a lengthy NFL career despite coming into the league as a QB who couldn’t quite convince a team he should be the #1. He lined up at QB, RB, WR, and TE vs the Rams—a typical day for hill, really.
He plays STs too. He has not only done everything asked, but well enough for the saints to want to keep him on the team. He’s been integral to their plans.

Hats off to a great athlete who has more than earned his roster spot as a long tenured “backup QB.”

Hill is a Swiss Army knife baller. And has one of the largest melons in the NFL.

But seriously…I’m Sorry for his injury. Saints will Miss him.

I kept thinking that McVay would love to have Hill on the roster, as I watched him block and catch. I also remembered Asshole Face trying to sell him as a top tier QB and asking for a first round pick in a trade :laugh1:

I feel bad for Bruss. It’s one thing to play your way out of the league, but to have serious injuries out of the gate…
Well, that rarely works out.

He wasn’t that good when healthy. Lots of players flame out early. I’m just glad that Snead seems to have a better idea about how to evaluate Offensive linemen now. Avila, Limmer, Aleric, Dotson. It’s night and day compared up a few years ago.
