Haha looking back on those people who say heck no is pretty funny, especially since we traded much more than a 3rd rounder for him.

The coaches loved him sooo much they told Demoff to work His magic now! I DON'T need to wait to week 10 to know Nick Foles can do much better in this system and even have 2 less fumbles that led to points for the other side. Think our OL DOES get better and once a REAL running game is established ,then we see a Foles as good as his 2013 stats with more TD's and okay maybe a few more ints. I can work with that and love Cignetti's play calling from the booth along with adjustments on the fly. Shotty only brought a brown paper bag that did'nt have a half sammich in it. Nothing new at halftime and the Bulldogs may not be happy with their NFL coordinator already.

Wait till Nick and Cookie go off with the seam routes and he will hook up with Austin on the Fly patterns. Keeping him upright is biggest key till G. Rob. starts to lock things down. The skins will be a good challenge for both of our OT's. Think Barnes is gonna need some help with knighton also. Get Mason Free in the flats and hope his hammy holds.

Just watched some of last years game and JL and AO will need another game like last week in run stoppage as cutback lanes occured way too often even in our shutout. Skins Better OL this year than the shehags had and last years skins had. MOB SQUAD shows up and (y):D

actually we traded an injury prone but talented QB for him and got a 2nd round pick in return...we may owe a 4th round pick, but only if bradford doesn't make 50% of the snaps. I don't think most people assumed we'd get anything back in the trade, let alone a 2nd. I'm sure that would have changed a lot of minds

You don't trade Foles!!! It's dumb!!! You just went through camp and preseason with the goal to have him as your QB...it's like trying to switch drivers going down the road at 55mph!!! YOU DON'T DO IT!!!

I said this before and I say this again. Chip reminds me of Mike Martz...he can RUIN a QB because all that *seems* to matter is his offensive system. That's why Foles fell out of favor with him.

Hell No.....Foles? Are you serious?

Fixed
ahahahaahahaha, who is THIS guy?!?!

Yeah, you & @lockdnram21 come off looking pretty wise....

Bradford would have lost that game for us last Sunday under the same circumstances.
No way to tell...every game is different...Maybe we jump out by 40, and none of the events occur.....Sam was really feeling this offense, and that was WITH Schotty...Now, the getting hit like Foles, could definitely change the game too...No telling though...

Still too soon, but it sure looks good at this time...

I've been a huge Foles proponent since they idea of a trade entered the first ram fans head.... And no, this post isn't the first time that happened so you don't see my thoughts.

Search the other Foles post especially when we made the trade you will see I loved it.

I don't care what system you are in, when you throw 28/2 you show you are much better than any Qb the rams have or can get in the draft.

And after watching the beatings SB got last week, he may not make it to the 50% bench mark either

As to trading for Foles I'm not sure. He does offer quite a bit IMO, but I feel strongly that the Rams will want a QB that can win games with his arm as well as his legs very similar to the Seahawks and 49ers.

As usual DTC takes the political high road...I need to actually take a stand once in a while!

Even if this trade ends up being a wash (which I don't think it will be), worst case has us trading our 4th rounder for their 2nd. I'll take it!!(y)(y)(y)

I just believe in Foles. Everything on paper says Bradford should be better. He has a quicker and more compact release and is a better athlete than Foles when healthy. Just watching Sam's entire tenure with the Rams, I never saw a cool, calm and calculated assassin out there. I saw a guy just trying to survive and run an offense he was told to. Foles gives ME an entirely different vibe. He accepts the ups and downs and will fight and actively keep his squad motivated and engaged. He seems to have that unspoken urgency to get it done. I rarely saw that in Sam while wearing the Horns. Just my .025 Bitcoin. :D
