The defense will have to play a LOT better if we play in Chicago or Philly, for points may be at a premium. Just can't understand how the D line less Kobie has regressed so much after last year.

I've been thinking the same thing about this D line, and specifically the lack of solid pressure and sacks.
And welcome to this board, old man. :part: :clinkingbeer:

The way I see there is no team in the NFC clearly better than us. Are we clearly better than everyone else? No, not really. But we're certainly capable of beating everyone. But the road just got a lot harder. We can beat anyone. But can we do it 3 times in a row? Will there be one game where special teams allow a touchdown? Where the defense falters late again? Turnovers? Now there is no room for error. At least in 2021 we only had one road game. In a warm climate. That won't be the case this time.
How do we know that won't be the case.

Nothing is decided yet and upsets happen all the time.

Remember Detroit losing as a 1 seed last year.

We really think we cant beat a Caleb Williams led team. Who knows what will happen.

The upside is we did really well the last time we faced a 14-3 team led by Sam Darnold

The defense is fine until we go all conservative and prevent. When we do that we make to easy for the other team to score. It's been a problem all year but McVay and Shula need to make an adjustment. Honestly I can understand it with the Offense but on Defense it makes no sense.
