Playing with two backup olineman and bums at tight end doesn’t help. Oh and a rb that can’t hold onto the ball in clutch moments.
the rb that cant hold onto the ball is the major problem.

Tonight outside of one blitz we got confused by the 49ners d line did nothing.

I would have no problem if Kyren fumbled when we have a big lead because he’s changing up his grip
Or if he fumbled in one major moment- but this guy has a habit of giving. The. Game. Away. With his fumbles. Consistently. Stafford comes up big in big moments. Kyren gives the ball to the other team in big moments. Every carry is a rush of anxiety. I can’t think of a more infuriating player. He could literally be one of the Rams’ great running backs. Instead his reputation is that of a fumbler. It’s a cardinal sin for a running back. I don’t want to see this guy run the ball anymore. I don’t trust him at all.

We also were unlucky in both our losses. Could be 5-0 as easily as 1-4.
I agree. We are one blocked field goal and 1 blocked extra point from being 5-0. That's why we love this game. right? The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. This year sure beats the hell out of the 1-15, 2-14, 3-13 years of basement dwelling agony.

That'
So all this Kyren Fumbling issues shit. Since when is it OK to straight up target punch someone in the head and not even go for the ball? Call wasnt even reviewed. His arms went dead for a second on impact of the punch.

that's atrocious, we have to figure out how to ref this game. When is player safety a concern and when is it not. That's not football

the player takes a huge swipe at the ball, but catches a bit of Kyrens helmet. Kyren’s arms didn’t “go dead” - watch it frame by frame. He lets go of the ball with one arm before the 49ers player even makes contact

Also Kyren is wearing a freaking helmet - getting punched in the helmet doesn’t hurt whatsoever. You’ll fuck up your hand punching a helmet and the player won’t feel anything. Yeah Kyrens head moved. But it’s not like it would have rocked him silly. He fumbled. Plain and simple.

Pussy shit trying to excuse Kyren fumbling because he got punched in the helmet. Loser talk. Hold onto the fucking ball with two hands.

Chase Blackburn has to go. He was a loser in Carolina and he’s been a loser in Los Angeles. if we fire him, he should take Joshua Karty with him. We should have re-signed Matt gay.

My biggest issue with McVay is he is not evolving as a coach. He showed so much potential in his first 4 to 5 years that I thought he was gonna be one of the greatest of all time. At this rate, I’m not so sure.

For example, the call for the defense to give up the underneath routes clearly came from him as this has been a consistent problem with the Rams against the Niners, regardless of the defensive coordinator has been.

I get it, McVay and Shula do not trust the defensive backs (especially while Witherspoon is hurt). But when a 2nd tier hobbled back up is putting up career numbers, you have to adjust and send more pass rushers to give more opportunities to your top tier defensive line.

Completely unacceptable to let that keep happening, especially as it kept your offensive playmakers off the field and McVay offenses often time need reps to get in sync.

another puzzling decision is how we utilize our personnel.

For example , I don’t understand the logic of using a second round pick to draft one of the better tight end prospects and insist on sticking to a offensive scheme that Terrance Ferguson cannot easily fit into. Kyle Shanahan does not seem to have this problem. Shane Steichen doesnt have this problem.

Even more confusing, the Rams are consistently a team that struggles to score in the redzone, an area of the field where tightends make their money. is it that difficult for Sean McVay to draw up some backyard football plays to get Ferguson some looks? It is maddening.

Whatever, that was a pussy move that caused the fumble and it shouldnt be a fumble, and a penatly. If that was Puka everyone here would be flipping shit.

I still can’t believe Kyren fumbled that ball. Like how in the fuck.

On the replay he’s actually holding the ball in a good position, and then at the very last second it separates from his body like hes about to reach for the goalline. Should’ve had two hands on it smh.

Based on the second look it doesn't appear Collins was trying for the ball. And if he was he has worse eyesight than I do as a 59 yr old with an out-of-date glasses Rx and cataracts.

The ball is low and the punch is high.

Two hands on the ball, he had just one in traffick. Hit to the head or not he didn't protect the rock. I don't blame him for this loss but I would also look to trade him going forward.
