What was the biggest distraction for the Rams in 2016?

To me the biggest distraction was Goff. I think he'll be great but it was a throw away year waiting for the right QB/coaching combo. Boras couldn't coach a bee to suck nectar from a flower.

As far as JL is concerned I was speaking of the Leadership he brought to the Team, not the caliber of his play.
