What is up with the 2nd half collapses? (Puzzling)

First this "run first" team had 42 yards rushing and 203 passing. So they were not an offensive juggernaut.
As Faceplant said plus, the offense cannot adjust and the defense gets worn out. Big changes need to happen on the offense this next off season.

That is an understatement, just consider the fact that this "non-juggernaut" of an offense has put up just 19 points in the past 3 games...incredible.

There will be some new players here and there but the offense will not change in terms of philosophy. Schotty isn't going anywhere.
 
This offense just does simply not know how to make adjustments for the 2nd half

One of the worst 3rd qtr. scoring teams for a reason
