A win with everyone healthy is one thing. A win with the injuries is a show of depth and completeness. Very excited for Sunday. |
I saw our Indiana Pacers go to game seven of the Finals against teams that everyone said was better than them. And we would have won if the tragedy didn't happen with Hali. Our team is playing on another level right now, just like the Pacers were. Very similar vibes. Team ball. I'm not scared of anyone right now. The Rams have beaten the Titans and Texans and everyone wants to crown them and complain that the teams we've beaten are bad. Colts are going to shut some people up this weekend. |
I picked Indy to lose but I’m warming up. Jonathan Taylor will be the best player on the field Sunday. Shane probably has some Tyler Warren / Josh Downs / Ashton Dulin tricks we haven’t seen yet. I think we’ll keep pace. If Ward can keep Puka reasonable and we protect the ball? Might be down to who has it last. |
Priority should be shutting down Davante. I don't think any team right now is keeping Puka below 110 yards and 8 receptions. |
As someone whose NFC team is the New York Giants (Manhattan girl by birth, Jersey Girl by the grace of God), I never in my life thought I would say that Daniel Jones is a damn good quarterback. I'm happy he finally found his football home. Now, one man alone does not comprise a team, obviously. Danny Dimes has a consistently good supporting cast, and that goes an incredibly long way. I suggest to everyone here, though, that what's driving Jones is not just this need to prove himself, but to play so impressively that other teams stand up, take notice, and say "Wow, we didn't think he could do that!" So yes, I am feeling good about Sunday's game. I believe the pleasant surprises will continue for us |
I feel good about the offense. Jones is the motor that keeps the ship running and both he and Taylor are fine. The defense on the other hand? Swiss cheese. We are about to get our asses ate up so hard. I think it’s gonna be one of those games that’s determined by whoever has the ball last |
This is a test. If we can't beat them with some players down, we aren't as complete as we need to be. If we win, it'll be telling how good we actually are. I'm excited to see it and hopeful we're locked in and can still win with depth pieces. |
I feel pretty good about getting a W. The public is all over the rams. I think we jump out to a quick lead and the rams get back in the game with a late drive but the defense holds at the end of the game. 31-24 colts |
Not Really. Our Secondary is thin, and our O-line might be a problem. Jones has played great with a good O-line, I wonder if he looks like the Giants Jones without a sturdy O-line? Everyone was saying he was the way he was in NY because they didn't have a O-line, right? JT will have to have another 150+ yd game for us to have a chance, but a weak secondary will make it easier for the Rams to score faster. Then we will be forced to throw to survive. Then it will get ugly. |
The Rams had 2 kicks blocked, and they’re going to be hungry. Their DL and OL can be nasty. Its on the road and we might not have AP and Kenny Moore. Rams 27 Colts 24 |
Undoubtedly facing the best QB so far this season. I know the D played a lot of soft coverage today because of the score. We really need Kenny back for this game. |
I think we will really miss Kenny and Ward if they cant make it. Losing Pierce would suck, he is really rounding out as an all around WR this year, but we are deep at the position. If we don't have Kenny or Ward, I think we can't keep pace with them unfortunately. |
We'll see what this D (pass rush specifically) is made of facing a SB winning QB. But let's keep this bad boy rolling. 34-30 Good Guys... |
Colts 29 rams 17 DJ 300+ yards 3 TD JT 100+ yards |
We're gonna be playing a good team, on the road, three time zones away. With possibly 1 or 2 important DB's tied behind our backs.
I expect us to play well, but eventually get beat by a better team at home.
Rams 29
Colts 27
I don’t like this matchup for the Colts, I like it even less with how the Rams lost today. I think this could be the “Colts come back to earth” game. It’s one game and I am not going to lose my mind if that happens. Still with the way the Colts have played this year you can’t rule them out and I would love to be wrong. |
