I was reading a Bills fan not worried about missing White because they were good at coaching DB's and could scheme it so missing a #1 CB wasn't an issue. They I looked at their 2021 schedule and holy crap was that a cup cake schedule or what? The only team with a QB worth a damn they played in the regular season was Mahomes and the Chiefs. The 2nd best they played against may have been Tannehill and the Titans wow if only we could get that pathetic of a schedule. Even in the playoffs they drew the Patriots first then lost to the Chiefs. I'm not saying they aren't a good team but they sure have a nice boost playing in a shitty division with a cupcake schedule.

Bills fan here. Speaking on behalf of all Bills fans - we are confident in almost every aspect of our team except for Elam (rookie CB). Dane Jackson and Taron Johnson are studs. Missing Tre White is huge. Stafford will pick on the rookie all night long.
Welcome. Obviously, we'll be hoping for your team's misfortune and demise tomorrow, but I will say this...

If the Bills end up in the Super Bowl against any NFC team other than the Rams, they will have my support. They're due, and I'll be happy to back them as I ingest way too many chicken wings.

So... good luck (except against us).

Bills fans are best fans in the NFL. I’ve been treated to many a beer snd brat by them the couple of Buffalo games I went to. With that said The Bills RB are average unless the rookie is a stud. Also the DBs were very suspect in the playoffs. Love Gabe Davis, Josh Allen and Dawson Knox on your roster.
During the Bills Superbowl runs through the 90s I was working with several Bills fans from the Buffalo & Rochester areas, even attending a couple of their Superbowl parties. They reminded me of us a bit. Great fans and good people with a passion for their team, win or lose. I still see a couple of them on occasion. Welcome aboard @Auslander716 Best of luck through the season

Hard to believe but, I like the Bills being favored by 2.5 points at SoFi. The pressure is on them. It's going to be a good game.

WE could very well lose this game. The Bills are a good team.

But we're better.

And I'm SICK TO DEATH of people talking about them. SICK of it. Line up the rosters and go player by player....the only positions they are clearly better than us at are safety. It's so perplexing to me. We have them at most positions on offense, but most importantly - their run defense was bad last year and their pass rush was mediocre. What is Von without AD? He didn't look great in Denver last year, and that was with Chubb who is better than any other pass rusher Buffalo has.

Again, I'm not guaranteeing a win here. Any given Thursday and all that. But we're definitely the better team here.

Very true about the schedule.. and I wonder if that has more to do with the perceived toughness of that defense.

Because.. against the Chiefs? Yikes.

This is what I've been saying. Not only that, but check it....they went 1-3 against the Chiefs, Titans, Bucs and Chiefs. Take those games away and what's left....the best QB was.......Mac Jones? In this day and age this has to be the single easiest QB schedule of all time. That defense was ROASTED when playing any team fielding an above average offense.

The Bills do have a weak schedule which is why they could vie for the #1 seed to give them an easier road to the SB which is why I expect them to play the Rams there.

I hope the Rams blow them out. It would mess with their confidence and could derail their season. If they do make it to the SB they won't want to face the Rams. If they do they will be pressing the whole game.

The Bills offense was up and down last year. When they scored higher they really scored higher. But they also struggled to score at times. For a super team they lost 6 games last year. And now they have the attention of the media. They are this year's media darlings.

Being the media darling hasn't worked well for a lot of teams. I remember when the 49ers were the media darlings then Garoppolo goes down and they finish last in the division. The Cardinals fizzled out down the stretch. The Browns finally made the playoffs when the media switched to the Cardinals as their darling team.
What's fresh in lots of people's minds is: (1) The Bill's thrashing of Belichick's defense, scoring TDs on every possession of the game; and (2) how Josh Allen was unstoppable against KC in the playoff game. They were devastated by that KC loss, letting the Chiefs score with 13 seconds left in regulation to tie it.

So, many naturally see them as "taking the next step" this year, as they were so close last year. And now they've added Von Miller. And Gabriel Davis is expected to do some great things in his third year, etc, etc, etc. So, I can understand the sentiment. However, every year is different. Many will think the Bills will just start right where they left off last year, but it doesn't work that way.

Bills are a very good team and this will be a good game. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go either way. But I can see why there's so much pro-Bills sentiment out there.

I like watching Josh play...but Stafford can sling it with the best of them...and I hope he continues to do what he did in the playoffs...and that's take off and run when he needs to.. Stafford isn't as strong running as Allen...but he showed me something doing those runs in the playoffs.
