Check out the rest at:

My VPN works well to get the local LA broadcast. I tried a couple of different ones and I can see why my neighbor in Mexico went with ExpressVPN it works the best.

Nothing says "America's Game of the Week" like the 0-4 Giants vs. 1-3 Cowboys. Of course 2020 has been shit, so the theme is consistent I guess.
really interesting match up to see who wins the nfc east.

The good news is the next two weeks are nationally televised. SNF at Whiners then MNF vs Bears?

I got NordVPN last season and bought nfl gamepass in the UK. Has been working great for two years now.

Two weeks ago the Rams game was blacked out in the UK. I about lost it I don't like watching on unreliable streams.

I moved my VPN location to the Netherlands and logged in again and it worked just fine.

I don't think I can control my VPN location down to the actual locality of a specific city.

Why does the state of Washington get the Rams game? Who is in charge of these viewings?
Because Seattle is playing on Sunday night. The NFL/TV directive is to televise other divisional teams when the home team isn't playing on the regular Sunday morning docket. In this case...Niners, Rams and Cardinals games for the Seattle region.

It's a good practice and the right thing to do IMO. Unfortunately if you live in the Arizona Cardinals region and the home team isn't playing we get Cowboys games instead of Rams, Niners and Seahawks games. It's a joke and i'd like to fire the asshole in charge.

That's why I got ExpressVPN because the other VPN's don't really show your connection as being in LA and services like YouTubeTV and Hulu Live see you as being international so they block live sports. Express lets me designate a specific LA server so I have Hulu TV and now I get the LA commercial channels. It's been fine so far. Oh BTW the NFL refuses to refund my money. Game pass either works or it doesn't and if it doesn't you need to cancel immediately. Don't even try to contact them that was my error. Once you do if you wait for a response that never comes it allows them to deny a refund.

Anyway IMO if you want to watch live games you need an VPN with LA servers.

How does that work?

I get the ExpressVPN and selecting an LA server, but then what? Stream from the local Fox station?

Not to speak for him but it sounds like he has Hulu Live and Youtube TV that do offer some live sports programming.

I honestly have never had any major issues with gamepass. I've subscribed for years.

I believe Fox does have a live online broadcast option for "LA viewers" but many don't. But that may not apply to the NFL which has it's own restrictions. That is why I subscribe to Hulu therefore I can get all the games no matter what network they are broadcast on. After the season I may elect to drop Hulu because it's month to month although they have a nice movie library.

Sounds like you have a good plan.

Because of Covid no tickets being sold, imho you should get every game.
