I don’t get it, Fox has the double header this week and there are only 2 games so it seems like there should be a map with a whole lot more yellow and Brown.

CBS has the doubleheader this week. That's why it says Fox Single on the top of the map. 3 games in the map will play in the early slot. The other 2 will play in the late. Everyone will be getting the KC/NO game in the late slot on CBS.

Squawks vs Football Team here? We're a lot closer to LA than Seattle come on Fox!
I have no idea how they pick who gets what game. But there is no way in hell that most of the country wants to see the shecocks game. The Rams and jets represent the 2 largest markets in the country yet they have the smallest areas of all the games on fox this week.

I'm sure stations have some kind of choice. I remember back in the day the local station would have a line to call in and you'd vote for what game you wanted to see.

You’re right but there is a late game on Fox and that map doesn’t tell me much about where I live.

Yes. If you have the late game you don't get the early game and vice versa. So whatever color is where you are that's what you get.
If you’re in blue spot you have a 1pm game not a 4pm.
it’s likely the guide is not correct since they changed the nfl schedule recently.

Is that closer to Trenton or more Philipsburg? Looks more like Trenton to me, but I haven't been in that neck of the woods in a long time.

I just noticed that. I have to admit I didn't know he was calling games. If it didn't overlap with the Rams game, I'd tune in.
Coming from a clueless West Coaster (where television markets tend to span hundreds and hundreds of miles) do you get multiple Fox stations over the air? I get that cable or satellite would just go by your address, but being so close to NYC and Philly seems like you'd be in range of both with an antenna.
