Ahhh... you had a cougar too at 18. Those were the days! LOL. I remember thinking how OLD mine was (what a joke). She was not a mom, but she may have been married... I could never figure that out for sure.

My experience was a little different, but I too still remember her name. Cher Belcher. She was 30 and I was 18. She didn't have fake eyebrows, but she was a FREAK. She would have me come over to her house when her friends were with her and she'd tell them about our "business" from the night before right in front of me. They would look at me like a pack of hyenas. I'll just stop there because it's already tmi. Thanks for the flashback though Coach! Good times.

All because of those EYEBROWS. The dolts are in serious trouble!

Eh, whatever. The article is pretty cool, or interesting at least.

"I think one of the things that I learned in going through, even as back as when we hired Chuck Pagano (in 2012), is that sort of accelerated my, 'I need to learn more about this,'" Irsay-Gordon said. "'I need to be able to say, is this person full of BS? Do they even know what they're talking about?"

"I don't think it's a situation where – obviously, it's not a situation where she's actively speaking on the headset or she's stepping on anybody's toes, or there's not any situations where decisions are going through ownership in that kind of realm or situation. So, it's not like a situation where anybody's being micromanaged. It's just a situation where she's fully involved in the success of the organization."
Not micromanaged? Come on. She isn’t looking to second guess every situation by listening in? Probably not game time - although maybe. But are we thinking she’s not making notes either physically or mentally to gauge the moves her coaches make each game? You don’t think coaches have that in their mind during the games? Yikes!

She can't wait to have the TV cameras zooming in on her on Sunday afternoons. What a maroon.

There will be nothing that she can glean from listening to the coaches during the game. She should just sit back and enjoy herself while it all plays out. Then, she can get more involved with the next coaching and GM hire after they fail.
