I may be wrong, but it wasn't revenge when they engaged in the sexual act, so the photos were not intended to be used for revenge. So that doesn't seem like it would stick.

Possibly. Just saying that states with revenge porn statutes can define differently what constitutes revenge porn as a crime. May be irrelevant here, as this is currently a civil matter; and that can have its own set of standards.

That's not how the law works.

The sharing of the images and intent behind that is what matters.
Revenge porn is a misdemeanor crime in CA.

It is fun to read everyone's judgment on events. It saves so much time to know what has happen by reading a forum then having to go out and/or wait for real stuff to play out. :)

Yea was I bummed in him leaving and how he left of course but not going to wish anything bad on him still grateful for his contributions however you are responsible for your stupid choices so football aside you my friend are a dope.

Having said that I will repeat what I always when discussing Von. Thank you and Goodbye.

I will always appreciate his help but still have a bitter taste that he turned his back on the Rams. Yes I understand the money but never added up. He never made sense. We were close money wise closer to Denver even had probowl roster (his words) his brother Obj he still dwelling on his decision obviously but took the monopoly money he probably will never see. It never added up entirely. We may not have all the exact numbers but still doesn't make sense. Best of luck though maybe we can meet up in the Superbowl.

Also not wishing anything bad on Miller but he seems to be struggling a bit in his personal life and it may be impacting important professional decisions. Unfortunately all being played out in the media due to his NFL star status.

I don't know what's true and what's not with Miller. But i am glad the drama never hit last year and now it's the Bills problem.

I'm not going to pass judgement without all the details, but I will say I'm pretty grossed out by anyone who says they don't think he did anything wrong if the allegations turn out to be true.

I can't believe this has to be said but just because someone takes or shares explicit images of themselves does not mean it's okay, legally or morally, for those images to be shared with others without their permission.
