Yeah, I have been a Pontiac nut case since birth. My dad had a 62 Catalina convertible when I was very young. Next car, Pontiac and my first car was that GTO.
I just bracket race it these days. Needs a paint job but it has quite the engine I built myself. 700ish horsepower 461. High Port heads, big solid roller, 1050 Dominator, custom headers and all that. 15-20K into the engine.
I will probably paint it myself after I retire in 6-7 years as a full paint job is 10-12 K these days. But my engine looks GREAT !
They call the GTO The Goat. Rams are sheep............. so it all fits. I was born for this.

Same, My dad always had a Bonneville. My sister and I still have a 67 Firebird in storage. Trying to get started restoring it. Wide track Pontiac is in my blood.
