MOD TITLE EDIT; GOOD THREAD FOR GENERAL DISCUSSION ABOUT NEXT GAME

Look away next week because I predict footballs flying through the air at obnoxious levels.

Seahawks give up 358 yards passing a game... and that's before today when they gave up 400 yards passing

I'm sure I'm included in the "ground chucks", but I have nothing against throwing the ball. I just want to do what works for a given situation. And if throwing the ball is working and/or you are playing a D like Seattle's that is crap, then heave away.

It's ok to throw the ball against the worst passing defense in the league and a Seattle offense that puts up a lot of points.

That doesn't mean that maxing out the passing game is the right strategy for every game.

In case it’s been forgotten, the Rams have an effective running game, so let’s use it.
And when you go against the worst pass defense in the NFL and one of the worst defenses in recent memory you take advantage of that. Cam Newton threw for almost 400 yards against them for crying out loud.

We all know that

i need to stay out of the trolling from the OP

I do not think the Rams are going to having any trouble running or passing the ball against the seachickens. All I ask for is when Donald grabs the Chi Pet and swings him around like a little kid, he lets go just to see how much air time his body can get. I say 1.75 seconds in the air and 10-12 yards of carry in the air. Like you do with punter stats, Or PGA tour driver off the tee stats.
I hate to give you guys "too much info". But its a reoccurring fantasy of mine.

I like this, but keep in mind the refs throw flags when if sacking RW, you don’t gently lay him down and give him a goodnight mint.

In fact, just giving him a mean look nets you a 15...

It seems to me that after the Miami game, the Seahawks with their absence of pass rush are a very good matchup for us. Our secondary needs to show up big time to prevent RW from killing us with deep passes, but if they cover well we might be in for a nice win.
McVay and the offense will be in revenge mode after the disaster last week.
Nothing better in my eyes than beating the Seahawks, I can't wait.

Both teams coming off a disappointing loss by the likes of Miami. I didn't think I would be writing this, but there it is. I think both teams are eager to wipe their faces of that mess.

Just about every team has struggled to run on them. This is a Goff game all the way
