Big win for STL
Huge win! Four in a row and playing in front of the home crowd in the Lou - the best fans in the UFL. Not only that but it puts them in a good position to make the playoffs. Their QB can run but he really needs to hit some receivers.

I have a hard time with the “Go Hawks” thing but I’ll say go Battlehawks!

Glad that some of us here on ROD have adopted the BattleHawks. Helps to pass the time in the off-season....

Good game today. Duggan is a gamer. Not sure about his arm talent, but he's a tough runner and a competitor.

The kicker Blankenship will get another shot in the NFL for sure. He looks solid.

So with 2 weeks left to go, the playoffs are already set.

USFL Conference Championship: Michigan Panthers @ Birmingham Stallions
XFL Conference Championship: D.C. Defenders @ St. Louis Battlehawks

Since the league has no pull with scheduling venues, it doesn't matter who actually gets homefield record-wise because Ford Field and Audi Field are not available. The games can only be played in St. Louis and Birmingham.

Makes sense that St Louis would get a game being that their fans actually show up in numbers.

Kind of a bummer that the next two games will be essentially meaningless in terms of playoff seeding.

I gotta give the UFL some credit, though. I think they've created a reasonably entertaining product with consistently close games and parity throughout the league. Now we just need the fans to show up in stadiums other than St. Louis!

I enjoy watching the games at the Dome. Fans go all out. And great Rams memories in that building!

Former Rams on the BattleHawks:

HC Anthony Becht played TE for us in 2008 when Bulger was QB

OLB Chris Garrett was a promising 7th round draft pick in 2021 who had some splash plays in the preseason and earned a SB ring, but was waived the following year.
