Brian Burns would be okay but I'd rather get Laremy Tunsil instead. Kick Jackson to LG and run that side.
Problem is that you cant just "get" Laremy Tunsil. Houston would take a 16-18 mill dead cap hit to trade away a young, top 3 talent at OLT. They arent making that trade for scraps, and that's basically all the Rams have to offer.

...

In 2022, we now apparently have the Rams offering two 1st round picks for Christian McCaffery.... a running back that is going on 27, already has a lengthy injury history, has tons of tread on his tires having been run into the ground by every offense he has played for since college, and comes with an unappealing contract. Yikes.
Sorry man but I have not seen a single report stating the Rams offered even one 1st round pick for McCaffrey.

I have read numerous reports that the Rams offered 2023 second and third round picks plus a 2024 fifth rounder but the Niners could (and did) add a 2023 fourth round pick which the Rams could not do because they don't have a 2023 fourth.

You mean our 6th and 7th guards.

Same story last year. I remember Baldy making a video about our run scheme exposing the OL for just latching onto defenders and not even pushing to the second level.

And when's the last time we ran power with a pulling guard or even a single trap play?

Last year, the Rams' run-game was not good but it did average 99 yards per-game and 4.0 yards per-rush.

This year those numbers are 68 yards per-game and 3.3 yards-per-rush. That's a HUGE difference.

No team in the NFL has had the quantity of O-Line injuries that the Rams have endured. Not even close.

Even harder to disguise weakness in talent when the scheme is horrible

Well, since you said that, Now there WILL BE a Rams' trade.

Wait, I just ruined it with my statement ... so, no Rams' trade.

Wait! Wait!! My most recent statement means there will definitely be a Rams' trade.

Damn it, I did it again. OK ... no Rams' trades.

Seriously though, I think of all the social media posts over the past ten days by various "People in the Know" ... who, generally don't know shit ... saying 'today's the day for a Rams trade'. I think clown-boy Holden Cantor has posted such half a dozen times over the past ten days.

Agreed, today's reporters throw shit at walls and see what sticks
