Hate the rumor we are asking about Cooks! Why in the world would we be doing that? Van coming back and Skow producing, not to mention Powell contributing a fair amount and Tutu occasionally stretching the field. Literally one of our least needs and a guy that makes 18m next season.

I like the idea of adding speed to the team. Maybe they rework his contract. But I don't see a trade for cooks and an edge. Don't see how they have the money.

My honest answer is that the Rams think they need more functional speed on the field. Don't get me wrong I think it's a bad idea but we know speed kills. We have TuTU Atwell who is really fast but does very little as a football player and then we have Van Jefferson who is fast but not game-breaking fast. At least not on a play-by-play basis. I could see it working but it's just too damn expensive.

No way Snead lets the Niners and Eagles be the only players at the deadline. This gives me even more confidence a deal is coming.

Super glad Quinn was traded. I really really did not want us to trade for him for many reasons. Most notable, he's produced about as much as our current edges.

Yeah rather go for Someone like Jerry Hughes and save a little bit for an RB or OL.

Only if its for a 6th or 7th and even then not thrilled, but I could see him being a help by just opening up the field a bit more.

Also, makes me wonder if they are concerned with Jefferson staying healthy. Was playing hurt late last yr and I believe he was banged up earlier last yr and in 2020 as well.

A 4th is not an unfair asking price considering Quinn's production last year and the prime position he plays IMO.

Eagles are all in. Can't fault them. But man, not sure I give up a 4th for Quinn at this point.

Certainly not a good sign for DC Morris or OLB'er coach Thad Bogardus. Maybe DC might go to a 43 D? But players must be held responsible too for their lack of impact on the field.

Ref. Floyd .....when I see him on the field next to Lewis or Hollins he has a physical appearance close to a WR Randy Moss, not a LB'er. Very thin slight frame.

Floyd was given very big $$$$ contract. Leonard Floyd will have a massive cap hit of #22 mil in 2023 & $22.5 mil in 2024.
Floyd is not a natural pass rusher. He’s a solid player all around due to him being solid in the run game. But people that act like he’s some great edge rusher are insane. He doesn’t consistently win his 1 on 1s. This was the biggest hole on the roster entering the season and still continues to be.
