i think they’re gonna try to get DE Chubb from Denver, but really want to be able to resign OBJ, so future money is a question. That’s why I think they went so hard after Brian Burns

I think for sure they get an edge 100% sure. I lean Chubb or Sweat but if not that high end then something we aren't seeing or the inevitable Quinn.

Definitely a good trade. However, keep in mind, like Akers, Robinson is coming back from the Achilles tear as well. Maybe Rams and McVay didn't want to chance it? Maybe he's aiming higher in what he wants for his RB? I certainly wouldn't have been mad if we did trade for him though. Very little to take a chance on a guy.

Since we don't have a 5'th round pick, which the contract says this could yet become, Snead couldn't match the offer.

Yeah, there is a similar vibe. Its a weird season though, a lot of teams right around 3-3 going into this past week.

And…. another week teams start to anticipate how they will finish. A few teams 3-4 if they fall to 3-5 might loosen up their players.

Although I'd love for him to be on the edge for one play to spear Jimmy G once and for all!!!
 
Might be short sided but I'd like to have an edge trade by this upcoming game. This game can be a real gut punch to the whiners but I'd also like to see where we are at

So everyone here is thinking chubb would take a 3rd, because he would probably get one for the broncos as FA compensation. So lets say that is true, he would bring a 3rd to the Broncos, but it would be 2024. So that would equate to a 4th in 2023, right? Oh shit, we don't have a 4th. Damn that Soney. Well anyway, maybe they take a little less or a 5th and Akers now instead of waiting till 2024.

I'd be more than happy to give a 2nd and a 5th via comp if we can lock him up.
The eagles want every player we want. Sadly they can offer the world.

I don't think anyone should overreact to Robinson going to the Jets.
I mean.. is he actually better than Henderson, right now? Can he pass protect? He's got one catch.

I don't believe potential future comp picks can be used any longer as pre trade deadline offerings. jmo.
