They have had 2 prime time games this month and did not compete in either of them.

The only “decent “ team they have beaten is the viqueens.

They still have to play the Bills and everyone in our division once.

What have they showed that makes you think they can win the division?
We are fans, we are allowed to keep the faith. If not then what the hell are we doing.....

Fans should support their team.

But they also have the right to comment upon what is going wrong.

That’s not to say that fans are always right- far from it.
Agree but to think we cant win the division?? Cmon we beat SF, beat Seattle and have AZ coming at home late in season where they are never as good as they are in the early season.

We are going to win the division....

As much as I hate to say it the better team won, and the main reason was the strength of their offensive line. Games are won and lost in the trenches and that is how Philly won this game.

You can look to the draft all you want. But if you're thinking a high pick you might wanna revise that thought.

No, they are not Superbowl caliber. The team they lost to last night was clearly better. I see one more on the schedule that is clearly better. But there are 5 other teams that are not better. As good maybe. So they are winnable.

There won't be any room for error if we lose to Buffalo. And we probably will. But after that game we will have 4 games against teams we are capable of beating. Win them all and we win the division. There will be no room for error. A bad game in any of those will probably keep us out of the playoffs.

Winning this division, this year should not make anyone satisfied. I have higher expectations for this team.

Yeah I think over time and participation here on this board the posts illuminate us on who the fucking complainers are. The ones who only show up on gameday threads to shit on the boys.

For the rest of us, discussion of all aspects of the team are in play as they should be. Only discussing the good things is a fucking retarded idea.

Back to this year's team what is ironic is they are stronger throughout than they were last season. But their schedule has provided better opponents I think. This Philly team is in playoff form and we felt that. The fear was their OL would lean on us and they did. That OL is more powerful than our DL and we really didn' t have a chance to win that game. There is no way we could replicate the easy yards they pick up on the ground vs that defense.

If our offense had a fucking OL then we could have hung with them in a shootout but these boys are simply not up to snuff. Also I don't think this unit as a group play up to their talent snap to snap, game to game. They're up and down as fuck. And they're not gonna do a damn thing in the playoffs vs teams like Detroit, Philly, Green Bay, etc., who will all beat their asses in the trenches.

I never like to say "season over." I am typically relentlessly optimistic but this team does not have what they need. They are lacking at too many critical spots. Our OL is the biggest problem. Our secondary is not going to figure shit out either this year as they're a corner short and the others can either be beaten or are inconsistent. And we don't have enough beef on that DL, as well as lack speed on offense so we have to dink and dunk our way downfield due to that limitation and no protections.

This team is done. Even if they make a run and get into the playoffs it's going to be a quick exit this year.

Our highest paid players are mostly players that are not even suiting up.

Aaron Donald is our highest paid defender, retired.

Noteboom, highly paid, made of glass.

Jonah Jackson, highly paid, worthless signing.

Cooper Kupp, HIGHLY paid, a shell of his former self.

Higbee, just signed a big extension before the kneecaps took him out.

Only Stafford is earning his big contract right now.

I'm sure there are other examples.

If they win the division I'll be tuned in and hoping they win it all. Based on the current sample size though, they'll get shellacked in the wildcard and I'll wish they would've had a higher draft pick.

Too soon to give up on the season but it seems the OL health/availability has hurt the team more than anything. The original 5 guys they wanted starting hasn't played a single game together yet and hopefully once they do the Rams get rolling. That said I see the Rams as a wild card team at best as of now.

Looking to the draft if the Rams don't trade out of the first round and there's a potential LT upgrade sitting there take him. If not then it's time to draft a weapon that adds some juice to the offense. I don't care if its a WR, TE or RB just need some explosiveness. The secondary needs to be remodeled just like they did with the DL. Need a LB and NT as well and I realize Rams probably don't have enough picks to address all of their needs so I'm sure they'll pick up a couple free agents. This year will be fun to see how they grow and compete but next year I expect a jump up to contender.

If the Rams miss the Playoffs with eight or nine wins, they figure to draft between 14-16 overall.

If they make the Playoffs with nine or ten wins but get beat in the Wild-Card-Round, it would be around 18-22.

Would you really prefer the Rams miss the Playoffs and draft #15 than make the Playoffs and draft at #20?

Def hoping we can string together some wins and I've been keeping an eye on the draft this whole time.

For that reason, I really hope Stafford is back.

Yes (it also means a slightly easier schedule in 2025).
