Back to opening kickoff... dumbass announcer doesn't even know the new rules. Sheeesh. Texans ti start at the 20, not the 35.

It DOESN'T MATTER whether or not the ball touched a Texans returner. If the kickoff lands in the "landing zone" and then rolls into the EZ for a touchback, the ball will be placed at the 20, not the 35.

Come on Kevin Harlan, do your job and learn the new rules!
