Then again, I go with the Mike Holmgren thought process that believes one or more backup QBs should be able to do something with his feet given the limited reps he gets throughout the week.

This makes a lot of sense.

And... He's played NFL ball.

I am rooting for Davis, but I'd be lying if I wasn't worried about our season with him as the option behind Hill.

Maybe it will happen then. I couldn't even name the backup on 25 teams, so it sounds like you are much more familiar with Pryor than I am. Davis certainly isn't in an unassailable position for sure.

Id be fine with bringing in Pryor, he is big, he can run, and has a big arm. It would take him a while to learn the playbook though.

I wouldn't be totally against it...but Pryor tends to make risky throws that end up INTs.

not for nothing, But Austin Davis has been around for training camp 3 years now (I now, he was with Miami PS last year) and he really hasnt shown enough to be 2nd string... only reason he is this year is Garrett Gilbert Grape Gotfried really sucked donkey balls out there after SB went down.

Bring in someone...anyone..better the AD
