I agree with many of you... the patriots are not the scum team of old. But more importantly... do we really want our division rival crowned as super bowl winner? I think not! I'd rather the seahags 12 fans live like us for the next 6 months.

Looking ahead to the 2026 season...
Anything that can screw up the Hawks psychologically sounds good to me. The Super Bowl Hangover is a real thing. If Darnold chokes, pundits will hound him all next year.
Having said that, I'm concerned that the Hawks will win because they seem to be a more complete team. But if our Divisional Rival loses the big one, that would give us a slight edge moving forward.
OTOH not sure I can stomach the thought of "rooting" for the Pats in a Super Bowl...

We're all used to the Patriots winning Super Bowls. Another win won't hurt much. But, having our division rival knock out a win...I don't like that. So, here's what I am doing. I am not rooting for either of these teams, rather cheering on the Hawks to lose...problem solved...you can all now enjoy the game!
I was sad to note that the ground had not opened up to swallow the stadium whole overnight and thus make the game unplayable.
I could totally see a SB 36-like scenario unfold today the way that no one things the Pats have a prayer.

Like I said in an earlier thread, it's like choosing to eat horse shit or eat cat vomit. I fucking despise both of those teams - and no, I don't believe this is a different Cheatriots team, as Vrabel was a player with Belicheat and Brady, and worked close to Belicheat after he stopped playing.
Also, both teams' fans can all try to suck a giraffe's dick; I fucking hate those arrogant shits most of all. Even my relatives in Boston can't stand New England Cheatriots fans; that's how arrogant and shitty they are.
