or maybe its not the scheme, but the players under performing in the scheme. Ogletree looks lost, and when he was in position to make a play, he misses what should be easy tackles. Robert Quinn may have played his worst game as a Ram today, literally running right past Lynch on at least two plays without any regard for stopping the run. And Wilson just abused him letting him run himself out of the play, and then getting to the wide open edge and and running free.
Today was the first time all season I felt like Gaines was exposed some, as he missed too many tackles which turned what should have been short completions into break out plays. That's not scheme folks, thats execution and piss poor play from the PLAYERS not the COACHING.
Bottom line, I'll take the win. TWO Penalties, NO turnovers, and ZERO SACKS allowed. Much more good than bad. Including answering with a huge TD scoring drive in the 2nd half to get it back to a 2 score game.
