It's about time! With all these crazy problems with Matthew's many ailments (including the ones he never discusses), the constant OL continuity issues, Sean contemplating retirement blues, sorting out the RB room, Cooper Kupp's decline, and the post-Kraken defensive renaissance, our Horns dynasty has been on hold since the end of 2021. It's high time we got back to work reminding the rest of the NFL that the 2021 New Sheriff in town is here to stay!!!
I don't know. Dynasties are tough. Maybe one a decade.
I have enjoyed the hell out of the past two seasons. Bad starts, with some real adversity; followed by tremendous responses and a ton of close and exciting victories (7-1 and 9-3 to close-out those two years); and two playoff appearances.
The Rams have played three strong games in the post-season the past two years. Twice cam-up short to quality teams, on the road. Last year will always sting because the Rams were genuinely good enough and were So Close, only to suffer an awful mental breakdown. Those opportunities don't often come-up.
