Amazing hire just keeps getting better.
The Rams should have a better record this season. Glad he gather the team together when the wagons we’re surrounded. His record speaks for itself.

His coaching TREE is as good as any in History for years of NFL HC experience.

McVay’s influence around the league has been incredible. To the point he constantly has to coach against himself.

Not so much as you think. He continues to evolve.IMO it’s more about teaching the players than it is coaching against himself.

The Rams are the 3rd youngest team in The NFL with both Kupp & Stafford. He still needs to work on his play calling though. All his calls are in his play book..Scouting week in and week out is always changing.

An amazing achievement. Congrats coach! :clinkingbeer:

Hopefully he is just getting started.(w/the Rams). You look last night & see the accomplishments Mike Tomlinson as a NFL HC.IMO Sean Mcvay strives for that, but being a NFL coach takes a toll on you.
—He finally got himself his OWN OFFICE(practice field) in Woodland Hills.Let’s see if he DIGS himself ROOTS there??

It's taken time, honestly I never thought it would happen because of how much I thought of John Robinson and Mad Mike... but McVay (McSlay to me) has earned my #1 Ram Coach title now.

The football gods made us endure some of the absolute worst coaches before they awarded us with a coaching God. We deserved it though... my lord how we've suffered.

As I look around the league at some of the absolute imposters currently holding the HC title... I'm reminded of just how fortunate we Rams are with McSlay at the helm.

Daboll has 0 leadership and close to 0 ability on fielding a decent offense. I do like some of their defensive players. My guess is he’s out after this year.
IDK Giants have been through many HC’s of late. Unless they win like only 5 games I think they give him another year.

I’m probably being unfair to Daboll but he’s got the Giants doing a nose dive in the 3 years he’s been HC. And after seeing him in action in Hard Knocks he doesn’t have the “it factor” needed to be a successful HC.
