I’m going to be booed off the stage here, but I would say he doesn’t deserve it.

We’ve lost at least two games through his “pass first, regret later” philosophy. If he used the running game more, we would have had the division sewn up by now.

A coach’s job is to win games.

Start booing… but don’t pretend you’re saying “Boo-urns”.

If not for the Cards and Dolphins two games, I'd throw the award to McVay. Those two games did nothing to help his cause.

They're in love with Harbaugh and Payton. I think O'Connell and LaFleur, as well as McVay should be considered. And Bowles.

Few HC's could take a team loaded with rookies and 2nd year players starting, during rebuilding years mind you, to the playoffs twice. He still has to do it this year over the next 3 games and I think he will.

My 2 cents. McVay is expected to develop players and win. It's become his expectation, along with coaches like Reid, Tomlin, Shanahan, ....

Those coaches are like Jordan of the 90's. He was the best player but didn't win POY every year because he met expectations (unrealistic as they were).

I think KOC (Kevin O'Connell) will win coach of the year. He made Darnell a multi millionaire when no one else could.

He is in the top 5... but it's all still TBD

A lot could happen in the final 3 weeks.

McVay is on the top of that group of hopefuls right now because none of these other coaches have overcome more than he has. As long as the Rams finish strong he will win it.

Isn't it funny, Goff got no credit because of McVay. I think McVay isn't getting the credit he deserves because of Stafford.
