I agree. Fuck the Whiners. He's coming back to an older, aging, and declining roster that is losing pieces. Plus once they have to pay Purdy, there won't be as much to spend to upgrade that side. We are gonna beat those bitches ass.

He was probably hoping Shula would get a gig somewhere so he could run the ram d which is already pretty good and full of rookies whereas the 9ers d isn’t nearly what it was, full of guys like Bosa who are old, injury prone and expensive.
 
Not good news. Saleh is a great DC. Who historically has done very well at shutting down McVay's offenses. Oh well. Rams will still crush them.

Yeah that Niners defense was great like 4-5 years ago. Saleh brings energy but he won’t have near the talent that he had before in San Francisco. Could he develop players? Possibly, but why were his defenses in NY so poor? They had talent.
