@Elmgrovegnome tendinitis is harsh, I had it in one elbow and battled with it for nearly a year before overcoming it. It sucks.......

I got a cortisone shot and that hurt like nothing I have felt before for hours. It hurt for a few days then went away but the tendinitis lingered and I had to change my workouts to finally get rid of it. I can relate to how it makes a mess of life. I couldn't even use a stapler with my right arm and shaking hands with people was horrible.

The one thing that helped me more than anything was wrapping my arms in a towel before bed to keep them straight. Apparently I was bending them at night and the tendinitis was causing me to hold tension on them. When I would wake in the morning the tendinitis was at its worst. It really sucked sleeping with my arms wrapped and extended. I recall when I stopped doing the towel thing I would fall asleep with my arms straight and my knees pinning my wrists down. My college roommate is a PT and he gave me the suggestion.

That's what finally drove me to the doc......I woke up one morning and couldn't bend my arm at all. The mornings were the worst for sure and I do not miss that shit ONE BIT. It sucked!!!

We don't need Randle.

If Rams can walk away with Treadwell, Coleman, or Fuller - that would be great for us. I like Doctson too, but after him I don't like the WR's quite as much.

Apparently it's a 1 year deal with only 500k guaranteed; the contract can be worth as much as 3M.

If that is true....come on, Snisher. What are you doing? Do you even plan on upgrading the offence? Or is the plan just to say it needs improvement.... and then take no steps to actual remedy the situation?

I am not saying Randle is the answer to all of our problems but he has proven he can at least post respectable numbers at the NFL level, is a big target, definitely has talent, and was well regarded coming out of college. You can't tell me he wouldn't have been a better addition to this WR corps than Brian Quick. Who, by the way, has done way less than Randle has in the NFL to date, was taken in the same round of the same draft year, and has a much more troubling injury history. Quick's shoulder injury last year was career threatening, and yet some people here are making a fuss about Randle's tendinitis?! Unbelievable.

Maybe Randle didn't want to come to LA. If so, fair enough. But if that was the market for him - 1 year deal, worth up to 3M, with 500k guaranteed - we missed the boat on this one. Apparently, Brain freakin' Quick was worth 1M more in guaranteed money (with a higher maximum value at 3.75M, to boot). Just nuts. And I'm actually somewhat of a Quick fan. But there is no way anyone can convincingly argue he is better than Randle at this point.

Something about Boyd and the Rams just rings true. I dunno. I hope so, I really do.

I have been very critical of the Rams for not upgrading the WR group in FA but this move does not bother me. In fact I applaud that they didn't sign him. Injury woes and bad attitude/lazy is just not a combo we need

Anquan Boldin is waiting for the Rams to draft Carson Wentz or Jared Goff.
One can dream :)
He should sign with the Rams even if they don't draft a QB. To play and retire in L.A. would be enough of a payoff and if the Rams really turned things around offensively he could take all of the credit and most likely would. :D
