Im realy pulling for MIN, I dont think they go into Detroit and beat the Lions even without some starters playing....
I'd like to see Minn get the 3rd WC, so hopefully Shittsburgh knocks off Seattle and then the Sunday nighter wouldnt matter to the Rams (Provided they beat Giants Ofc)
O'Connell would deserve some serious COTY consideration if he makes playoffs with 4 different starting QB's

Stefanski is doing the same, both guys have been impressive.

Re lions vikings week 18 they try to keep their rival out of the playoffs. Not saying a full fledged effort but they do try for that imo

If my scenario plays out, the Lions won't yet know if Seattle beats Arizona in week 18. That's a game they could very well lose. And if they do, Detroit will either play the Vikings or the Rams.

Would you rather let Minnesota win in the event that you can play Nick Mullens in the playoffs? Or beat down your rival and get rewarded with playing Super Bowl champion Matthew Stafford?

Win what's in front of you always. Never look to next week or you trip over yourself. Besides these guys think they can beat everyone and should, any other train of thought a.d they wouldn't be where they are. You really think bite their kneecaps Campbell will throw a game with backups because he's worried about a future possibility?

Vikes going with Hall this weekend. Bout time. Wasting dev snaps by playing Mullens, as we know what he is.

ESPN playoff machine is now working. I did some checking. If Seattle wins out they will have the 6th seed unless we win out. The downside to that is if Minnesota wins out and we lose to the 49ers they will grab the last seed. If GB beats Minnesota this weekend and the following week they get the 7th seed. There are some scenarios where we miss out if we don't beat the 49ers.

Win the next two and its simple. We're in. Lose one and we'll have to hope worst case doesn't happen. If Detroit loses tomorrow in Dallas they would have nothing to play for next week against the Vikings. They'll have the 3rd seed no matter what. And likely rest starters against the Vikings. If they win they could still be playing for the top seed. And again hoping we win the finale. We need the to win. Just in case. So they can go all out week 18.

The good news is someone's gonna lose with the GB/Minny game. The bad news is someone's gonna win. Pittsburgh still has something to play for. Hopefully motivates them to win this weekend against Seattle. If GB wins we gotta hope the Bears beat them next week. If Minny wins we gotta hope the Lions beat them. If Seattle wins I think 7th seed is our only shot as they have the Cardinals in the final week.

Lots of scenarios and the fact we're still right there in the mix is impressive when you consider what the roster looked like at the beginning. Bottom line, we gotta win Sunday to even entertain the thought.

What's crazy is if the team made better decisions vs. the Packers, Steelers, & Bengals, they might have been in the running for the #1 seed.

Beat the Giants into the dirt and we’ll go from there. Being a Ram fan for 50+ years , I’ve seen it all. Highest highs and lowest lows.
Was the 3 Pillars the lowest of lows?

That final shitter game being by far the toughest matchup feels like destiny to me. Like we will need to beat those bastards to get in. Blood for the football gods.

But for now go Steelers. And for the Rams just get that dub and stay alive.

I think its pretty simple now. Win today couple with a Seattle loss and were in. A Seattle win makes the 49er game make or break. Someone's gotta win in the MN/GB game. We lose the tiebreaker to either team if we can't beat SF.
