Based on current performance, if we DIDN'T draft a QB as a "Plan 1A", I could see Hill as the 2 easily.

I just don't see him as a 3, especially since he'd likely be bucking for a pay raise in his new contract. But if the Rams draft a QB early, HE would be the 2. That's my point.

Ahhh, Ok. Myself, right now, don't see a Rookie as plan 1A. It would have to be one hell of a rookie considering what the Rams have built for the 2015 system. Never know though.
