Hey guys, thanks for having me back. I'm going to answer a few questions before an event that came up tonight that I need to attend. I will hop back on hopefully later tonight and answer more questions and try to finish everything off on Thursday and Friday. Hang with me on the rolling Q&A, trying to knock a few things out before the weekend but I will get to all of the questions, I promise. I have a plane ride on Friday that may be the final push if there are any still hanging around.

Is there any talks of a new uniform? Do you have any idea when a uniform change may occur? What uniform ideas has the organization looked at and who designs it? Thanks.
