The Phins released Starks and his 5 million dollar cap hit. He is 31 but is still a bull and has a few good years left in him. I would like the Rams to sign him to a two year deal as a rotational DT. He pushes the pocket and could be a good addition IMO.

Fine by me. He can still play pretty well. He's older but still has some gas left in the tank, and I doubt he would cost too much.
 
Yeah, I think he'd be a good vet fill-in as a rotational DT if he's willing to take a job doing so.
