Is this factoring in depth at each position? If so then the ranking is probably somewhat accurate as the Rams 2 deep talent leaves a lot to be desired. There are some bad NFL level players on the Rams second and third strings.

How do you know they're bad or that the other 31 teams 2nd and 3rd string is that much better???

Yeah, but I don't see it personally. This offense hasn't looked like that since 2018 IMO. Even in the SB year, the offense seemed inconsistent to me. I don't see it being any better than bottom half of the league honestly. Sure hope I'm wrong, but there are just so many weak links and/or question marks.

Neither do I. I think the offense will be very good, somewhere top ten but probably not top three. It is possible though that McVay runs this gamble and it pays out for him.

Yeah - I don’t think we will have the O-line to support those quick scoring plays. 2018 had TGII running and catching out of the backfield
