Well the closer The Rams get to The Draft they start to round things out.

I’ve been all in on Jihaad Campbell.That would’ve been such a HUGE IMPROVEMENT over Troy Reeder.

Don’t Ram Fans get that twisted,but in general Troy Reeder is going to be a stop gap & a Team Leader who can play Teams !!

I find it FUNNY with all The HATERS!!! Troy Reeder is a Shula guy in some haven’t been paying attention. Plus he did help The Rams win a SUPERBOWL as a starter for most of the season !!
The season before that helped The Rams being The NUMBER 1 Defense in The (NFL) Staleys defense.

In fact Staley signed Reeder as a Free Agent.

Look - I have nothing but respect for Reeder’s tenure and overall effort with the Rams but I’m having trouble coming to grips with the possibility of watching him miss tackles, not keeping up with superior athletes and playing out of position play after play after play with the occasional decent play.

Since I've hoped this for like four straight off seasons (minus the one he was with Chargers) I'm not surprised anymore when he some how shows up in the starting lineup week 1. Life is a mystery sometimes.

2021 when he helped The Rams win a Superbowl he had 90 tackles
2 sacks 6 pD’s !!

This was predictable. They had two linebackers that played any meaningful snaps on the roster in Speights and Landman. Both of those players are low on experience. Even if the draft a linebacker in the first half of the draft, the Rams coaches will want a veteran who knows the defense. If it’s not to start, maybe to teach and hopefully back up.

Rams held out as long as they could. Adding him makes sense now. Evidently, they didn’t feel anybody else would be a net positive. And I’m sure we gave him vet minimum. We’ll draft an ILB. I’m kinda hoping early too.
