More than Bruce or Holt? I love me some Kupp, and he’s top 3 for sure, but I have a hard time putting him above those. If Kupp can string together multiple dominant years, sure, but he’s yet to do that, unfortunately. I also am unsure about the TE comparison. He’s only 6’2 and 210 lbs. Is it because of his blocking ability?
I’d put Kupp over Holt without much debate.

Kupp over Bruce? Idk prob not. Actually No. I don’t think Kupp could put up big numbers on a bad team with bad QB play. Bruce did.

1. Bruce
2. Kupp
3. ?????
I think an Ellard vs Holt debate has merit.

Ellard definatly over Holt. Holt came into the GSOT and at the beggining of the Offensive emphasis in the NFL. He was a #2 receiver on that team. Ellard could have easily gotten the same numbers on the GSOT. He was a great punt returner as well. Think Holt and Akim in one package.

Torry had an absolutely HOF-worthy run from 2000 to 2007. From 2000 to 2007, he averaged over 1,300 yards, 90 receptions, and seven receiving touchdowns (as an average; not the stats per season as a whole.) That's not mere number two receiver numbers.

I love Coop and respect Ellard and Crazy Legs, but to me, Torry is the second-best receiver we've had, losing out only to Isaac. Torry should absolutely be in the Hall, and it's an absolute fucking joke that he isn't already.

10 seasons averaging over 1200 yards a season is pretty great.

Holt before Ellard. Big Game put up gaudy numbers but he gets looked over because he wasn't a diva plus our WRs at that time weren't dumb enough to take big hits and slide.

Since Puka means hole in Hawaiian I hope he finds "plenty pukas" in the defenses this year.

I wonder if McVay plays him in preseason. I would think so but again Sean likes to prevent injuries from players he especially wants to use in the reg season. I'd be fine either way if he uses Puka or not. But he has had an injury history in college so we'll see.

True.

Look how good Kupp is but he topped out at 860yds receiving as a rookie.
True.

And he dropped that football against the Seahawks that cost us that game. I was a little butthurt for a while about that! Lol

But Kupp has by far made up for those few rookie mistake games.

Love that dude!

Heard rumors, or more like read rumors they are already saying Holt is going into the Hall this year in that idiot HOF voter circle.

IDK how that is but f me it’s downright criminal he’s mot already in. Especially with some that have gotten in in the last 4-5 years. smfh

If you are ever in Kauai be sure to visit Poipu Beach and try a Puka Dog. (recommended with Ice cold beer)

There is an element to his game that seems to go overlooked. Puka was a pretty good blocker at BYU. Use him as a lead blocker on a perimeter run with Akers, with Nacua running the jet sweep motion. They can also line him up as an H-back as well. I'm convinced Puka will be the 3rd starter by November with Stafford flirting with another 5,000 yd passing season. With the secondary focused on Kupp, the opportunities for Jefferson and Nacua to make big plays will be there.

As part of the starting WR trio I see Nacua as filling the gap they thought they filled with Robinson. IMO Nacua's game translates better t McVay's offense. Nacua had over 300 yards at BYU running the ball off that jet sweep. This is why he's going to replace Atwell as the third starter. If Nacua can refine his release off the LOS he could move to X WR and replace the Woods role. This would move Jefferson back to Y WR which IMO is his natural position.

With an improved OL this offense will be very dangerous. If Raheem will grow balls and return to the one gap DL he has the personnel in Murchison and Turner along with Donald, Young, and Hoecht to be a very good DL that can get pressure and play on the other side of the LOS be it on run or pass plays.

If the D can return to a top 10 unit this is a contender for the NFCW title and potential SB run. They will have the best QB1 and WR1 in the division and possibly in the NFC. A deep playoff run wouldn't surprise me.

Bruce is king!!! Holt was an excellent receiver but Kupp is literally one of a kind in the modern NFL. Another season like 2021 and he might pass Bruce.

This is not an attack on you, I’ve seen this kind of thing mentioned a lot. I think a lot of this comes because of recent memory. Kupp is my favorite current Ram, so I don’t want this to come off as shade thrown at him, but let’s look at the facts…Kupp has had one great season, one good season, one great start to a season, and three average seasons.

Holt was ridiculous for 6 straight seasons. In those 6 seasons Holt averaged over 1400 a season. Holt had 3 non 1000 yard years in 11 seasons, Kupp has had 4 in 6. Kupp would need 7,053, or to average 1,410 yards a year for the next five years to reach that level.

I love Kupp, but he needs to string together several great years to reach the level “Big Game” did, which isn’t impossible, but is unlikely due to his age. He just turned 30.

With that said, he’s not touching Isaac Bruce.

Holt was elite, but if I give my true opinion when comparing him to the all time greats I’ll get the ROD roast

I was visiting Kauai back in 2016 preseason but never tried one. Will maybe next time. I did go to a great seafood restaurant in the Hyatt and had a blast night swimming in their lazy river pool though.

Lazy rivers make the best pools. Especially the ones with swim-up bars.

Be awesome if Nacua could develop into a good chain moving WR...find the soft spot in the zone coverages and maybe a lil RAC ability...Def interested to see how he develops but to get em there McVay needs to get the rooks snaps with the 1st team offense (that goes for Avila too).
I see the Rams picking a WR or LT with their first pick in next years draft. Someone like M Harrison Jr - OSU might be just what the doctor ordered especially if Jefferson is gone. How does Kupp/Harrison/Nakua/Atwell sound?

Harrison JR is a generational talent, probably goes 2-3 in draft behind Caleb Williams. Doubt we have a shot at him. Would be amazing though.
