With some of the offseason moves that were made
I think we all knew that our run D would be better than last years.

This just a shot of the fantasy league i am in. notice the red type
under caffrey and the reason for the red type is because the Rams
have given up the least amount of fantasy points to RB"s
of any team in the league.
There are teams that talk about improving And then there are the Rams
A team walks the walk!!!

In case you're wondering my team is on the other side
With Davante Adams. the TD machine lol

The guys have stepped up the run D for sure.
Davis has been effective a long with our regular DL rotation. The Ford addition has been excellent as well.
Landman is far superior to either Reeder or Rozeboom.
Really impressed so far and they have faced some excellent RBs.

I could have had your team, but I drafted Henry and then KW instead of Jonathan Taylor

Years & years have come & gone, and for the longest time, one thing has been true about the Rams: crappy run D. Weak up the middle. Turned 2nd / 3rd string RB's into HOF'ers. And that's WITH AD on the team.
For the first time in what seems like forever, a major team weakness is now a MAJOR STRENGTH. It took just 1 year of focusing on this weakness for McSnead to get it turned around. Kudos.

This fix took way to long. The team had to get run over by the same truck 4 times in one season before they realized they had to get serious about stopping the run.

Starting Reeder and Rozeboom last year was a nightmare.

Well it took awhile to figure out how to fill the holes left by Donald and Turner.....Those types of guys don't grow on trees and are nearly impossible to replace.

Um - Turner is still on the team.

For all his greatness AD would often bail on his gap and rush creating gaps to run through.
Obvisouly you just let him play because of his level of greatness.

Poona Ford and Landman have completely reshaped this defense. Ford is an unsung hero because he doesn't show up on the stat sheet but that guy is absolutely controlling the line of scrimmage when he's in there. He forces RBs to go where they don't want to go and everyone else on the defense is there to stop them. Add in an ILB that can actually tackle for a change and be in the right position and it's been night and day from previous years.
